The company uses careful monitoring and measurement strategies to ensure its processes continue to give its clients what they expect. If the actual result differs from the desired result, rectification and corrective action are taken to ensure that the final product meets all standards.
Quality Control Process
ISHA Medical applies the Statistical Quality Control Chart (Xbar/R) with calibrated measuring gauges at any critical product size. This practice ensures that product sizing falls under the given tolerance range. Further, We perform 100% QC Inspection as per the Inspection Checklist.
