Easy exchanges and refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days, as long as it is in its original condition. We will conduct exchanges and refunds using the same payment method you used initially. In addition, if you receive damaged goods, you have seven days from receipt to seek an exchange.
Inspect Your Package
When your order arrives, please inspect it shortly. If you notice that the product is damaged or in unacceptable condition, please notify us within 15 business days of receipt by contacting [email protected] or +92-333-9999492 on WhatsApp. Depending on your selection, we will either replace the item and reimburse all associated shipping costs or issue a refund.
Non-defective product returns
If your item is not faulty but you want to return it, please be aware that returns are only permitted if we make an error in the amount or type of items provided. If we consent to the return, please keep in mind that no shipping labels will be issued. You will be responsible for your own shipping charges when returning your goods. Shipping expenses are nonrefundable. Also, if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Before returning a product, ensure that it is clean, unused, and in its original packing. Processing Credits and Refunds
